A few months ago, I ordered a watch that was pretty tough to find in England. I was informed that the earliest I could expect it was January because of limited stock.

On February 1st, I inquired about its arrival, and they assured me it would be that month. Sure enough, the very next day, I got a notification that it had shipped from Spain around 2:30 PM, and by the same time the following day, it was in my hands in England—fantastic!

The customer service team, especially Kamila, always replied quickly to my emails.

Outstanding service, I ordered a Montegrappa filler but messed up the nib size. I shot them an email about my error, and they switched it out right away. This is truly impressive. The shipping was super quick. Even with my nib blunder, I had my filler in just 2 days. Couldn't ask for anything better.

I've bought 2 Pelikan M800 pens from I.S. so far. They showed up in just a few days, and each came with a complimentary bottle of Edelstein ink. Truly top-notch service from a really professional outfit. Much appreciated!

I called Iguana Sell to ask about a watch. Claudia, the person I talked to, was incredibly helpful. While I was on hold, she took a photo of the item and sent it to me. My question was resolved, and I went ahead and ordered the watch.

There was an issue with the delivery (those scammers!), but it wasn't the couriers' fault.

I received updates from both Claudia and Kamila, which was great.

Everything got sorted out, and the watch showed up in perfect condition!

I’m really happy with this buy, it’s been a great experience. The Ball Engineer III Marvelite I got came in pristine condition, complete with all the boxes, manuals, and warranty cards. Initially, I was a bit unsure about ordering from Iguana since I hadn’t heard of them before and didn’t know anyone who had bought a watch from them. But the price for the Ball Engineer III Marvelite was too good to pass up, and the fact that all shipping and taxes were included was just amazing. To my pleasant surprise, this turned out to be the easiest watch purchase I’ve ever done online. The delivery was quick (from Spain to the USA), and they took care of all the import taxes and fees. I plan to buy all my future watches from Iguana. I’ve got my eye on the Alpina Alpiner Extreme, and as soon as the black one is in stock, I’ll be back. If everything goes as smoothly as this time, I’ll definitely drop another review for the Iguana crew. Kudos to the team, and thanks for making this such a hassle-free experience!

The Luxe Pen of Your Dreams

The Aurora Talentum Big is just that—big! I’m a fan of luxury pens and the fantastic brands behind them. But honestly, a lot of the high-end models are either too small or, if they’re larger, they come with a hefty price tag. Not the Talentum, though. It’s significantly larger than the Optima, yet it accommodates all the nib units from its pricier, smaller counterpart. I really dig the modern look of the Talentum, and even though it uses a cartridge converter instead of a piston-filler, that works just fine for me. It’s super easy to clean and switching between inks is a breeze. The quality is exactly what you’d expect from a top-notch brand like Aurora, and the unboxing experience for first-time buyers is just as impressive as everything else Aurora provides. No corners cut here! I’ve got three Talentums and I’m all about the weight, balance, and overall style. I’m planning to snag my next Talentum from IguanaSell real soon.
